2.2 STRESS MANAGEMENT
We keep hearing the term stress. So, what does this term mean?
Stress is defined as the condition of being agitated, irritated,
and helpless. There are moments when we feel that nothing is
functioning well, that we are unable to attain our objectives, and
that we are lost.
Managing and controlling our emotions at such moments might
help us sail through. Some methods for dealing with stress are
listed below.
